The Hand Off Continues: Now Boosted to 50,000 CHP in Prizes!
As the summer dies down, we’re still determined to keep things heated. That’s why we’ll be giving players one more week to send in their CoinPoker Hand Off submission, only this time for a cut of 50,000 CHP!
Whether it’s a bad beat, epic hand, or super lucky draw, we want to see what you got. Best of all, you’ll be able to compete for a pumped up prize pool that is over 5x the original pot. Last time we gave 8,500 CHP to the holders of these 3 epic hands, and this time winners will receive:
1st Place: 25,000 CHP
2nd Place: 15,000 CHP
3rd Place: 10,000 CHP
How the CoinPoker Hand Off Works
Round 1: Players submit their crazy hands to [email protected] with the following details:
- Your CoinPoker Username
- Tournament ID/Cash Game
- The Hand Number
Round 2: The top 10 submissions are selected by our team, then uploaded to our official Facebook channel, where our community (and you) can cast a vote by liking their favorite hands.
Round 3: After one more week we’ll tally the votes to determine which 3 hands deserve a cut of the 50,000 CHPΒ that’s up for grabs.
Here’s what happened the first time and is going to happen again:
Do you have a lot of friends on Facebook? OK, you already won.
You don’t or you’re not even on Facebook? Then you don’t stand a chance.
The hands are MEANINGLESS!
If you (CoinPoker) had a big active following on Facebook this wouldn’t happen. Since you don’t, this is merely about who’s able to mobilize more “friends” on Facebook, not about the hands at all!
The solution? Find a way to allow voting only from CoinPoker players, otherwise this is just a waste of time.
Hi Jean,
We understand your concerns, and this is naturally a work in progress (only the second of many times we will be doing this). We will take this feedback into consideration as we continue to tweak and improve future Hand Offs!
Agree
I’m pretty sure the answer is obvious but do you want to see any crazy hand from any poker website or strictly just CoinPoker?
Seriously? LMAO
Hi Darrel,
There is no such thing as a bad question π – and yes you’re right the hands do need to be from CoinPoker tables.
jean is right! I don’t even bother sending you any hands cause I know that while I’ll get half a dozen organic votes, some random cholo will have a hundred friends who can’t even spell poker vote for him.
Hi Aaron,
If you click on the Hand Replayer button on the bottom right corner, you will be able to review your hand and see the hand number. Let me know if that helps, or if you need more assistance π
